A proposal to acquire new munitions for Finland's rocket launcher system from the United States has been approved by Minister of Defense Jussi Niinisto. The munitions are the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System Alternative Warhead, or GMLRS AW, and GMLRS UNITARY.
